Helix Semiconductors, a fabless power semiconductor company, announced mass production of its MxC200, a configurable high-efficiency 15-W DC-DC power IC. Thanks to the company’s MuxCapacitor technology, the MxC200 can achieve higher efficiency – greater than 97 percent peak efficiency and greater than 90 percent efficiency at full load.
